This recipe is a favorite for a snack-time treat in my house for both kids and grown-ups. And it’s so easy my kids can make it (mostly) on their own.

Ingredients
- 1 ¼ cups Oatmeal
- 1 cup Peanut Butter
- 1 cup Honey
- ½ cup Raisins
- 1 tablespoon Powdered Milk

- Mixing bowl (I love these mixing bowls for any kitchen fun together with my boys. They’re easy for kids to hold on to while stirring and the non-skid bottoms help to keep the bowl from sliding around. Overall, they’re just a really great set for kids in helping in the kitchen)
- Spoon to stir with
- Measuring cups & tablespoon
- Baking sheet or pan
- Wax paper
Instructions
Mix 1 ¼ cups Oatmeal, 1 cup Peanut Butter, 1 cup Honey, ½ cup Raisins, and 1 tablespoon Powdered Milk together with a spoon until ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Once thoroughly mixed, use your hands to roll the mixture into balls. Place the balls on a baking sheet or pan lined with wax paper. Tip: if the mixture is too hard to work with you can place the bowl in the fridge for a bit before rolling it into balls. This will make it less sticky.
After the Peanut Butter Balls are rolled and placed on your baking sheet or pan, place your baking sheet or pan in your fridge for 4 hours for them to firm up.
After they’ve hardened in the fridge you can store your Peanut Butter Balls in a sealed container in the fridge or freezer. Tip: store with wax paper in between layers of Peanut Butter Balls so they don’t stick together.

Enjoy them as a snack, a dessert, or pop a few in your kid’s lunchbox (if peanut butter is allowed at your child’s school of course). They are my son’s absolute favorite lunch to pack for school. Tip: if packing for school try freezing them ahead of time and packing the frozen Peanut Butter Balls in the lunchbox so that they aren’t too sticky by lunchtime. Use your judgement whether your child’s lunchtime is late enough for them to thaw in time or whether you need to adjust accordingly.
